ph1vip Terms and Conditions for Philippines Players

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To create a ph1vip account and participate in any game or betting activity, you must meet all of the following conditions:

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to your use of ph1vip shall first be referred to our customer support team for informal resolution. If the matter is not resolved within 14 days, it may be escalated to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

Players and ph1vip agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the formal resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled informally. Class action proceedings are not permitted under these Terms.
